If, after 14 days of consistent use and within our 60-day money-back period, you’re not completely satisfied, please reach out to us at support@sefolia.com. Our team is happy to help you with the return process.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to make changes.

If canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Try your Sefolia product for a minimum of 14 days. If you’re not satisfied, you may return it within 60 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding any shipping fees).

To start a return, fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at support@sefolia.com. Please include your Order Number or the Name and Email used for purchase so we can process your request quickly.


Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken — not for minor packaging wear during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@sefolia.com with a clear photo of the issue. We’ll review your case and, if eligible, send a replacement at no cost.
We do not replace or refund items damaged by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

We work hard to ensure timely delivery, but we can’t be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the courier directly for the fastest assistance.
Unfortunately, we’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you enter the wrong address and don’t notify us within 24 hours, we may not be able to update or refund your order once it’s processed.
